Unhappy creamy flame trap after 2 days

Really need some advice please. Car is running lumpy again. Cleaned throttle body removed a lot of gunk from hole into egr (can the egr be removed) and the flame trap was creamy again after 2 days (no flame trap filter is installed). Pcv kit was replaced last year (can the Pcv kit be bypassed?) Car is smiley and was advised valve stem oil seals need replacing but that is a costly job and not one I can do myself so all advice much apprieciated.

When cleaning the idle control valve nothing moves but sounds like metal hitting metal when shaking, nothing seems to slide.
