Wink CEL light how to reset? 850 t5 1994

Hi, Does anyone know how to reset the Cel/lamdba light on my 1994 pre obd2 volvo 850 t5.

As my old car had a obd port under the coin tray, this one has the code reader by the ecu box.

at worst disconect the battery overnight, its a master reset not sure of exact time think around four hours,,also if you join the battery terminals with the battery out its speeds the process,,also an instant tune up belive it or not lol,,

taking the battery out will only mask the issue. the light is on for a reason, so you should pull the codes, then reset it using the diagnostic box under the bonnet

Same as mine, after the last owner had battery problems and kept bump starting the car bringing the light on.I left the leads off overnight and re-connected the following morning and no light!! ( thanks to Keith ( The Hooded Claw ) and Andy ( Thanatos ) for this tip.
