Default Anyone reffitted headlining?

Sorry to ask as my first post but im considering a job that perhaps i shouldnt start and wonder if any of you have advice.
Ive got a 96 V40 that the previous owner decided needed cleaning with a jet washer inside Nice. the headlining at the rear is sagging and i am considering removing and refitting the whole shooting match. Should I try? has anyone been brave enough to try it.
I cant afford a volvo dealer refit and it is the only thing that really lets down a great car, Oh and my daughter loves pulling it from her child seat!

cheers for any help
Matt

Thanks for the reply I am looking in trepidation, however the glue tape effort came to no avail after approx 8 days, I blame the draft when driving with the window open. (or poor quality repair job).
Ill get it moted and mayby try on a nice dry weekend. If i do do it ill set out a report here.
Cheers Matt

I had a similar problem on the 480.

It is virtually impossible to do a decent job, however there are many specialists around who will sort it.

Volvo wanted £550+VAT+Fitting for the 480.

I paid around £100 all in a couple of years ago to a friend of a friend, but all the quotes I had were under £200.

Hope this helps.

A good trimmer in Essex is Neil Tadman - his details are in the recommended section of the website.
