trim removal

how is the trim removed from glove box/dash, in the red area ive tried gently prising it off but doesnt seem to move? and i dont want to damage it

The corner trims - pull outwards on the end that goes round the corner to release plastic peg and then pull forwards. Glovebox - use a paint scraper to lever it forward. Three pegs - on on each end one in middle - similair for the rest.

tried that but it didnt work out well!!! mainly because someone has had the trim off before and decided to stick it on with bathroom sealant, so now i need a new trim
