D5254T (to 2002, Audi) - tuning?

Hi Folks,

I am thinking of fitting a tuning module to the 850tdi, but can't seem to find the multiplug that they talk about to see if I can do it myself? The only one I can see if at the bottom middle of the engine (from front) and it is secured to the block with a metal bracket. Does this sound right? I cant see how the module will fit in such a small space as there doesn't look like a lot of space?

follow the dipstick down inbetween that and the engine, at the front end of the pump in that location you will see the top of the black multi plug there is a cilp either side squeeze in and push down, i used a long screw driver to knock it down but be carefull of plug damage.not much room for big mits

Be intresting to know if you where successfull and what benefits you get from the chip?

Not any further forward..... the "chip" unit I have has a 10 pin wiring harness, but the only plug I can find is only 8 pins. Have been assured its the right part, so need to have another look at it.

you have the wrong tunit box it should be 8 pin have a look at this scroll down and look at the fittment.
