If you mean the spigot pin, that's removed to take the disc off in the first place, I'd screwed it back in and I didnt notice anything else. The old disc fitted back without any problems.

Cool

I'm baffled with this. Those pads (as picture you've shown) are exactly the same as I fit to my own 940.

Did you get the wrong thickness disc I am wondering?

I've asked the factors to check that I have the right pads, but specially the discs. I'll post when I know more.

The disc is defo slightly wide in width and circumference. Does anyone know what dimensions the disk should be?

The FAQ is confusing as it says..

Rotor Types

Version 3 Ventilated 287.0 11.25 22.00 2-piston
Version 4 Ventilated 280.0 11.00 26.00 1-piston

Rotor ID chart

900 91 Girling w/o ABS Separate 287.0 22 20.8 20.0
92 on Girling w/o ABS Separate 287.0 26 23.8 23.0
900 91 on ABS Girling Separate 287.0 26 23.8 23.0

According to Rotor Types mine should be ver 4 as the calipers are single piston, yet the Rotor Id says 287.

It looks to me as if I should have the 280, which the new ones are, but they're 28-30mm thick.
