Default Comfort....

Although I'm not due another car just yet, given that comfort is high on my list of priorities, I thought I'd do a search and this made for interesting reading.

I hadn't even considered a Skoda or Lexus, but will be looking/test driving when the time comes.
Mind you, I'm happy (and in agreement) with the S60 being there or there abouts.

Hmmm...

Having driven - and been a passenger in - a Lexus, I was distinctly underwhelmed.

Skoda (aka VW) I have found them to be a bit stiff and the seats a little to firm for me.

That is why I have a Volvo!

I've had a Skoda Octavia hire car and it was ok comfort wise.
I used to own a Lexus LS400 and it was a supremely comfortable car and a C class Mercedes does appeal.
But as said, I'm not in the market just yet!

All goes to show, so far, we all have different tastes.

It would be a boring world if we didn't... and less choice when it comes to choosing a car.

That's shy a decent test drive is important.

Cool

Now that's given me an idea

I wonder if I could weld a sofa into my 940.

NAH!! It's comfortable enough already!!

I think seat comfort is very much a personal thing.

In recent years, I've been a passenger in a Merc E-class, an Audi A6 and a Skoda Octavia, and I didn't find any of them at all comfortable. Whereas I find the seats in both of my Volvos great, and also the Fords (Sierra and Mondeo) I had before.
