Angry Riddle me this , smoke, lots and lots

Hi all

I have a riddle for you ,
s80 D5 185 bhp having and really poor mpg, so was remapped and had the DPF removed at the same time, ran fine the broke down !!!! The reason was a large desposit of black carbon that had filled the 1st back back.

That's been cleaned out now .

Now remapped now no DPF the car has a constant stream of black smoke, even on tick over as if it's over fuelling

All components have been tested and even put back to thr original map and no fault codes, but still smoking,

The only thing have shows on the computer is the fuel pressure is 500psi
, the garage says it should be 200psi

What's the liken cause as the garage are head scratching now and have no idea of the fault after 10 days

Aaaggggghhhh!!!

Your help would be appreciated

yes , and on the current ones with piezo injectors it is 27,000 psi . you can see now why re using the fuel pipes is forbiden , and tiny jet leaking out of the unions would cause horrific injuries like a lazer or water jet cutter .
