Default Rear Driver Door Not Opening From Inside?

Hey,

I dropped a friend off this morning, only to notice he couldn't open the door from inside. I had to jump out and open it for him. When I got home, I double checked to see if it was the child safety lock that was enabled, but it was disengaged. The rear passenger opens fine, its just the rear drive door that doesn't.

Any ideas? The car is a phase 2...

Thanks!

.....try squirting WD40 down past the locking knob on the top of the panel or better still unscrew it and put the WD down the hole it will work its way amonst the levers.......

Interesting. I'll give it a try when I get the chance. Let's hope it works and was nothing expensive

Just thought I'd give this a quick bump. If you ever run into this problem, check to see if the "manual" child lock is not engaged on the door itself. (little white switch near the door hatch.) = Problem solved! Haha!
