I have the older 2 litre D4 FWD (163) and it's averaged 43mpg over the last 17K in mixed driving according to the OBC. I nearly waited for the VEA but on the basis of fuel consumption doesn't look like a massive real world difference - wouldn't mind the extra few horses even though the older unit pulls well.

Press that and it'll group the journeys together. You'll still be able to look at individual journey details inside the overall trip, or ungroup them later. Very useful, I use it a lot.
Would you know if Volvo changed the app recently?

A little while ago I used to be able to get it to show a graph of instantaneous speed/fuel consumption plotted by distance(?) for the whole trip but for the life of me, I can't seem to get that to display now.

Anyone have any clues if there's a hidden option or something?

I've never seen that option, sorry. Although there are some differences on the app between phone versions - my Windows phone VOC app works slightly differently to my iPhone VOC app. Not sure if there's a third set of differences on Android.

I've had 3 updates in the last few months on iPhone, 2 on Windows, not seen any functionality disappear and only a few minor additions.

wouldnt fancy riding that in a sidewind ! Not that i'd even fit in it with my shoulders !

watched the Guy Martin world record programme on catch-up - the second most impressive part for me was the septagenarian pedalling the supply bike and trailer combo !

Are you referring to Mike Burrows?

The yellow race bike in my signature was designed and made by Miles Kingsbury who designed and made the record breaking trike.

Did a 250 mile run up north the other day and got an actual 57.5 mpg. I wasn't driving particularly economically either, just cruising along at normal motorway speeds.
