Note: well done to you too - there are LOADS of people who come on this forum who would have scrapped the car for far less. Now, it's up to people what they do with their own cars, but personally I take my hat off to you for sticking with it and sorting it. Well done - a lesson to us all. Cheers

nascenta, have you posted a request for help,do you have a link to it?I remember when i first started on a diagnosis i thought i would have a real mountain to climb on my own,i soon found out i wasen't alone, and only a key board away from help.I couldn't even read a multimeter without help,i was soon helped to do that. I'm shure with the help of fellow members you will get it sorted, good luck.

Toplights, what is a request for help? I don't know of any such link. I have started a thread at http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/for...41922&p=203170 about my situation if you are interested. I welcome any help or suggestions.

Hi nascenta, most of us on VOCGB are aware of this site.Post your question on this site on the relevent model. Many people on this site dont use MVS.
On reading you'r original post you mention your PNP switch, you say you partially repaired it,that cured the problem for a while, your problem then returned.I personally think this is the link to your problem. As to error codes these need to be read a few times by your ecu to be flagged as an error.Like i say post a question on VOCForums.
