Chinese Volvo.
I have had several Volvos throughout my life, still have an '09 XC90 D5 which is good. OH, and the S60 that I used to race.
But, would never, ever buy a chinese car. Owned by shady gangsters and thugs based in the BVI. You only have to check the criminal record of their appointed CEO, the smirking Håkan Samuelsson.... Don.

I am on my second Volvo and second XC70! So XC70! Albeit not in the current range anymore. Still, got one of the last iterations.

If money were no object or I had won the euro millions jack pot I'd go to the local franchise and tell them to build - from scratch a P2 V70 AWD R MANUAL.
I'm currently luck enough to run such a 2004 example but its getting older each day and no other Volvo past or present is as good, as a good AWD R. There are cheaper models but don't give the same big smiles. Its a 300bhp petrol engine (not oil burner) manual gearbox ( not slush box) has a proper handbrake ( not some stupid ebrake) and has a carrying capacity I have yet to fully fill ( not some image conscious sloped 5th door) Currently, Volvo don't make a powerful, petrol, manual estate. Sorry until they do, cross me off the possible new customer lists. Cheers Bob |

I’ve taken a liking to the XC40, I was a bit unsure but they’re growing on me. I like the Inscription model in Pine Grey... Mr Piggy Bank watch out, The Thongs hammer is about.

I'm not really interested in modern cars, they all seem to look the same and I cannot be doing with all the fancy electronics. However, having said that I have noticed a couple of V90's near me and must admit they do look rather nice.

None in the poll.....
Where's the 240's, 940/960, 740.760 turbos, 850 T5/T5R,R, S/V/C70 T5/R etc - the PROPER Volvos! For me its the 2000 2.4 V70R and the 850R.
