I just saw these on ebay:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Osram-Nigh...item35c2b7e822
A bit extreme, as they are gold plated, instead of silver, but give no more light than the standard ones and cost twice as much. Not sure what they would look like, with the gold cap against the silver reflectors. Gary

I think I'm going to buy mine from Euro Car Parts as they have a 25% discount offer on at the moment -so the total price for a pair of Nightbreaker Plus are £13.49! |

Thanks to everyone, I ended up changing the pair to Ostam Nightbreaker Plus, bought from Euro Car Parts as I needed it to be fixed fairly soon. At the same time, I have also done the fog light modification -enabling the left fog light to work as well. Not only does it look even now, but much safer and brighter. I just cannot understand why they didn't come from the factory with both enabled??!!
I have driven the car tonight and have been very pleased with the bulbs. I have now also turned off the daytime running lights, so hopefully it won't be draining the bulbs when it wasn't necessary. Thanks again, |
