I saw that thread but it's no use as he has factory fit RHD xenon's already and want's to know his options for changing his existing headlight units to LHD ones. Either the standard LHD halogen or a straight LHD xenon swap.

I've found out the halogen and xenon headlight cars have different wiring looms so I doubt you'll be able to change as it's not going to be practical to do a loom swap and reprogram the ECU I would have thought.

I am in exactly the opposite situation - bringing a Volvo XC90 2006 with LHD Bi-Xenon lights to the UK. If our lights are compatible, maybe we could just swap them? But I've heard that the headlight mountings for older XC90s are different from newer ones.... we might both have to talk to an expert (dealer?) to see if ours could be swapped.
