I think I have a Draper one (corded), came with a flexible extension and several bits and pieces.
Interchangeable collets allow for different diameter shafts to be used.
Better quality accessories can be used with it, to be honest I didn't find much difference between accessory brands, just the price.
I used it for hard to reach nooks and crannies, for cutting and grinding.
You can expect to burn through cutting discs fairly rapidly and they can shatter or snap quite easily.
The little rotary brushes are good for cleaning electrical contacts and carbs, but again they wear out (beware of flying wire strands).
