interior looks plasticky.
GT86 is a good drivers car, totally different from a T5 which would be much more of an animal. |

I think its the most interesting car Toyota has produced for years and looks very nice on the whole. Boxer engines are great (3 of my vehicles have them) and add lots of character as well as low CofG for good handling. My only comment is the carbon fibre dash around the hifi looks a little low rent. I think you should get one

I have decided, that I will be getting one... Last night I dreamt of it... The last time I dreamt of a car was the C30... And that was about 5 years ago now...
The dash "carbon fibre plastic" isn't mine, but that would be the first thing I'd change. Probably spray it in a high gloss black (piano black). The rear spoiler would be replaced too. A different less Halfords style spoiler can be purchased and would be purchased.

Sounds a bit dull to me bud (rather a 5 pot (I'm going to regret bringing that up aren't I? lol)) but overall it's a pretty cool car imo The name is great too harking back to that offer '86' model! It does look odd mind especially it's profile, looks like it should be longer, that doesn't make any sense does it? A bit too fussy for a smallish car. Personally, I'd go for the Subaru. It's got a smarter front intake and a silver dash rather than the carbon. The BRZ is being built in more limited numbers so I think it'll probably hold onto it's value better as well. Wait and get a Scooby!

Daim,
Got to concur with the comments above, that 4pot sound really isn't inspiring at all. My 2004 T5 sounds far better. Have you thought about a Z350, now that is a nice motor with good power, finish and sound. |

That's weird, boxers usually sound pretty good - apart from the one in my bug which sounds like a bucket of nails stirred by a chainsaw. Perhaps it's the clip ?
