Fake has managed to do her party piece this week, pretending to be a British Leyland rusty car.
Hopefully I'll be there on Sun. The odds of having a put back together car are slim. The odds of having a washed car are pretty much non existent, I've a feeling I might be using the M40 to dry the paint...

I have decided to go and will be leaving on late on Saturday afternoon once I have played golf. Hope the drive drive south has no hold ups. I am intending to camp and take the s60 this time. Hope to see you all there.

Hi mate Not looking a dead cert after all? The leaking waterpump now replaced with a brand new one wasn't the problem afterall!Turns out it's the headgasket just next to the waterpump,I spent ages getting it just right and cleaned and painted the pulley wheels and all for nothing.
I have bought some radweld as I have nothing to loose,besides when it gets hot it stops leaking?? So if you think your waterpump is leaking at the top first thoroughly dry it and watch it as the engine warms up just to make sure its not the head? Regards Brian. |
