As for power upgrades, Luke makes a good point, most are road legal but i think you mean what will your insurers count as a modification and load you accordingly? I was referring to improvements that won't alter the spec of your engine but optimise what you already have which although won't give big power hikes, won't alter your premium because it's keeping the standard spec. Something like this for starters : https://youtu.be/As36dt7waBw Then get your injectors reconditioned : https://www.emeraldm3d.com/asnu-fuel...ditioning.html If your exhaust is standard, you could fit a stainless steel one for longevity which will often release a few bhp even as a standard replacement exhaust. You could also fit a standard K&N panel filter (again this is a standard replacement) which will give improved flow, there are two sizees of standard panel filter on the 7/9xx models so you need to check which you have and order accordingly. https://www.knfilters.co.uk/volvo/94...4-petrol/1995/ That's for a 1995 2.3 turbo but it gets you onto the right area of the site, enter your exact model to make sure you get the right one. None of these will give huge boosts in power but will give a few bhp more and make the engine smoother and more responsive. Any mods after that will not only need to be declared but will make the most of the improvements you've already made. All depends what you're looking for overall though!

They are very rare, I have had a few and have one for sale right now. The real rare bear is the V90 3ltr manual car, I have had one myself and seen 2 others.
