  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Re. your noise - I agree, wheel bearing is a possible candidate. Jack the wheel off the ground and spin the wheel while holding on to the spring/strut. If there's any roughness in the wheel bearing you'll likely feel it rumbling through the strut/spring - much more sensitive than just listening.
I think so. I've certainly got the STC system rather than normal traction control as I've got the STC button on the dash, and it seems the brake overheating detction is part of that, so I think if you've got one you've got the other. No idea how it works though.

Thanks for the tip on the wheel bearing, I will get the car jacked up over the weekend if the weather is ok and test them like that.
