Offtopic again.. The IVA/BIVA thing seems to be a lot more of an issue than it has ever been before. The reality is, the rules are largely the same as when the SVA was brought in, but it all seems to be more strictly enforced now and awareness has been raised. Anything that alters the monocoque would mean an IVA, as would any alteration to the chassis of a chassis'd car. Other than that it still works on a points system.
