Just PM'd Mark re his contact with the warden there - so the meet doesn't coincide with any other planned events at the venue. ( More space for us ).

I'll post a suggestion for a date soon hopefully.

It would be good to meet up again.

I would suggest just setting a date in stone. People can either make it or not, you will not be able to please everyone. I have known meets not going ahead because people are saying this date is better for them, then others say its no good for them.

If the NW meets were arranged on a more regular basis then you would be able to get most people to a few meets through out the year.

Dont want to tred on toes here but thats just what I have learnt over the years.

Yeah I agree, try and get a date set if you can. I'd love to attend but could do with some planning time to try and swap weekend shifts if not already off.

Hope this turns into a big meet in the sun. The last Cosy one in the snow was nice but my toes have only just thawed out!
