I honestly can't think on what basis you would bad-mouth them.

If anyone is looking for a good provider of 8mb broadband, I would say to go for ether plus.net or Demon.

And I didn't even start out with them, I was on force9 until bought out.

Their policy following the introduction of FUP's was comical to say the least, unless you were one of their customers on the receiving end of it.
Their satisfaction ratings on ADSLGuide are not in the top.
Nor is their speed test rating.

f2s don't rate too highly in those either, but are a good few % points above plus.net

General consensus is they are very poor with their customer service.
