  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Correct. Marginally deeper exhaust sound almost undetectable when inside the car. This is better though...!

Looks more like what I'd want but with 4 kids, 6 cats and the missus soaking up the funds I don't have the luxury of having one built. Did you run it with original rear box or bin it off completely?

Is it 2.5" or 3" your new pipe?

No, I took the original oval box off and fitted a smaller round universal silencer (think it was a rage one)....

New one is 3" all the way to 4.5" tail

Nice one, looks the biz now. Did your old system have a nice turbo gurgle/rumble once modded? that's what I'm after y'see. Being a propper petrol head, to me the sound is half the beauty hence when I used to ride bikes my Vfr 400 had full stainless race system and the SV 1000 had a full titanium twin high level system and both used to make my B@lls twitch and the hairs on my neck stand to attention haha.

Yeah, it was quite throaty - helped by removing the originl cat and fitting a 100 cell race one.

Nope. Had same on a Subaru and it passed - so long as it had been driven hrd just before emissions check!
