  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Thanks Shadeyman, so it is a heater or a sensor?, are there any test values for it please?

Its not a sensor, Clan is correct, it's a small heater that warms the vapour from the crankcase. Check the link to Mathews Volvo Site in my first post, for more info. I can't find any values for it(sorry) perhaps Clan has some?

My 2.5 d5 is having issues. Its in limp mode constantly ( apart from the first press of accelerator after ignition ). I found oil in the electrical connector to the said heater nipple and hoped to find a blockage inside causing my problem. No, it was clear.
