Hi Dan i seen the focus rs today the 300bhp version running a spec r intercooler it looked good and sounded well.I dont no much about these though.

Ive just had a closer look at the airtec intercooler and the outlets are 60mm as well

Have you had a look at european tuning and KL racing they've got some inter coolers. I'm thinking the one from KL racing as Moe had one of those and it ran just fine
