Saturday morning saw a car transporter on our works estate loaded with 59 plate focuses but not the same .

Hi all,If I was lucky enough to WIN a 59 plate I think I would sell it and buy twenty or so 240's and spend the rest on fixing them up Lol.Haven't seen any yet but just wondered what comes after 59 plates,We have had.

Did see what the new reg's were going to be on a car related website , but as getting older forgotten where and what . der !!!

Just been on dvla site looking at personal reg and it will be 1&6 insted of 0&5 ie 61 , 62 , 10 , 11

yeah it'll be 1 & 6, so next march will be 10 and sept will be 60, then in 2011 it will be 11 & 61 etc

I remember as a kid looking out for the new cars on 01/08.

Had a neighbour who always got a new car every three years. Always kept in the garage. Apart from on 01/08. He was one of those that would go to the showroom just after midnight on 01/08 to collect his new car. Then would have it parked on his DRIVE so 'we' could all see it first thing in the morning.LOL

Not seen a 59 in the flesh - cos I'm in France............... However I was sent a pic' by 'Dad-In-Law' yesterday, of his 59 plate Suzuki Alto!!
