On the tyre pressure sticker inside the door on our 2012 XC70 they're quoted alongside the other parameters (sub/over160 kmph and the rest). Presumably it's Volvo's advice to those who want optimal economy.

Standard sub-160 kmph pressures (which I always have to reference off the sticker!) unless it's the holiday trip and loaded to the gunwales, in which case IIRC, I put 38psi in them all round, again as recommended.
