would this go in to a car that had a B4194T2 with out any problems eg: changing plugs or ecu etc?

I think so, yes. However, you may find out that a replacement engine will be quite pricey from ebay or breaker. You could look for a spares/repairs T4, take out what you need and then break the rest here.
