2002 S60 Coolant temperature sensor connector
Hi..old thread but I wondered if anybody can suggest how to get a genuine coolant temperature sensor connector (the plug that plugs into the top of the sensor) for a 2002 S60? For some reason Volvo are being totally useless and won't get back to me about it and I can't find what I can be sure is definitely the correct one from any parts sites.
Any help would be much appreciated! J |

If so, try a Ford dealer using the number you find on the plug. It won't be that number above, that's the screenwash pump for my Jag but also fits certain Volvo models (2002 S80 is one i believe) and many other Ford models. Volvo were owned by Ford when your was made so there's a good chance of Ford bits being included. Also have a look at the listing for the screenwash pump, is the plug similar to that on your CTS plug? If so, it's a Bosch style plug, some have "keys" on the side so that different plugs can't fit the component in error. A good autoelectrician will also be able to help. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252268529673 That's the listing, you'll see the connector on top of the pump, if your CTS is similar you're in with a fighting chance using the methods above.
