Quirrel, I would consider going with Classicswede even though the distance is a fair bit. Nothing a phone call wont sort particularly if you get the tuning cable also you could diagnose it yourself.

Reason I say this is based on the following:

a) Dai (classicswede) supplied me with my kit using a KME ECU, reducer and Magic Jet Injectors at a very respectable price
b) I drove up from Cardiff to Anglesey and back to meet Dai so he could certify my installation and he was very helpful
c) He has helped me over the phone and by email in other situations

As an aside, you sure you could not be tempted by my T5? Classicswede will attest to the installation and performance of the vehicle.

Reason I ask is I have picked up my Alpina now, so it really needs to go in the near future.

Yep Go with Dia
Went up from Hertfordshire to get both my 164E and 740GLE to be done , never regretted it .Even with the journey stayed at a good little hotel , and made a little hol of it .
