Trader's Offers & Discounts A forum for discussing special offers that are available to VOC or Forum members. Commercial organisations must first seek permission to post details of products.

Information
  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

have sent you a few messages today and have not had any form of reply from yourself can you then confirm that you have received those ?

I have received two messages today, which I wouldn't personally describe as 'a few'. The times shown are 16.52 and 17.20. As I said, I have no axe to grind but you will have realised that I wasn't impressed by the lack of an answer from 23rd June until I chased today. I suggest we put that to one side and I will discuss the item with you via IM.

A few is the colloquial term for two.

I hope all goes well with whatever it is he requires.
It all sounds like a miscommunication to me.I don't always check my emails especially if I have to use my old clonky laptop.Everything takes SSoo long. Some nites I don't get a look in on the main PC as the females in my house are always right and hogg it!

actually "few" refers to a small number greater than 2 as 2 is a "couple/pair"
