hi, i have read with interest the comments surrounding the different types, i have a V 855 GLT 2.5, the engine number denotes its a B5252s, which from my younger days as an apprentice, is:

5-cylinder
2.5 litre
2-valves per cylinder

looking at the pictures mine is the same as the top, one for which unforunatley i have a sheared off stud, and it wold appear a crack on the o/s No1 cylinder.

Does anyone know if this a common fault and where to get a cheap replacement.
