My car is currently at my work (from when I did the springs) I am not back in until Monday and I want to check if mine has the amp or if indeed the HU will accept one. If it doesn't have the amp and the HU will take one I could be interested. Can not check until Monday though so stick em on eBay and I will be in touch (or bid) if I want em

Also did not get that Dog Guard ......forgot to bid lol.....so if you find that Zafira lol

No problem mate, i'll hold off with ebay anyway, no great rush.. i do have a spare HU-605 that will accept an amp, just in case yours doesn't!

I'm hopefully at the yard again on tuesday, i'll go through each zafira till i find it lol

Some people are just so demanding...

Pictures attached - didn't think to take any before the change over, and I am not going back out there to swap back just for a couple of photos! The car might think it's 7 degrees but it's a bit too cold for me...

Anyway, thanks again Tony; they make a surprising difference to the look.

They look spot on David, i just wish mine said 74k on it!

It is surprising how different they look at night as well, i find that the needles on mine cast a glow on the chrome ring, which looks quite smart

Thanks Tony - that car was a really lucky find when I got it just over a year ago: V40 T4 Sport Lux, at that time only 64,000, FSH, Jan 2003 registered on a 52 plate, and in Maya Gold, which was exactly the colour I wanted.

There isn't much it was lacking anyway, but subtle upgrades have been clear side markers, the strut brace (thanks to tt82) and now the chrome ring dials.

I'll let you know how I find the dials at night!
