Name a realistic figure. It'll really help.

Coy "oh I don't know what she's worth" statements [when you clearly have a price in mind] tests buyers' patience. People need to know what you're expecting so as not to cause offence and \ or waste time.

I agree with Robert. It's customised to your tastes (which may not be anyone else's) which may devalue it. It's not my thing but you clearly love it to bits. I'd hang on unless there's no other way of raising the money you need - you may never get another one that's sorted in this manner.

I would try to push for a feature in one of the classic car mags - Retro Cars springs to mind. A decent article with some professional photos wouldn't harm things at all. After that, Retro Rides, Car & Classic, KGF, auction houses.............

Wow that is a really nice car mate, if I had a spare 15 k I would bite your hand off ,unfortunately mrs Orca would bite off another part of my anatomy if I buy another Volvo. I wish you luck with the sale.

.....but these cars perform best on the subject of price ! with the car being original so and this is what i have seen form the market place over the years not my personal view as i really like your car ! i see the cars value mid range at point of sale

These cars have a subjective value and and as I sure you know is only worth what people are prepared to pay. She has cost me £30k+ and to be fair she isn't worth that....... on any day of the week!

If this is your sort of thing - I am not going to hold you to it, but realistically where are you at? 5k - 10k - 15k - 20k.................?

Thanks for the interest in my wonderful Battlebus!! Throw a figure in the pot and we can discuss from there!

Depending on condition, what mods have been done it could be anything from £3k up to £15k. Just my opinion and like anything it's worth what someone will pay.

Looks nice.

Reason for sale?

Any faults?

Runs fine?

Any rust?

Quick hassle free sale required?

Price?

Regards

If it was original and as rust free as it looks then £14-£15k would not be far off the mark, the mods will either find you a buyer or lose you many.

I suspect the market is larger for original cars.

Nice car though and Car & Classic is your friend.
