Default engine gadgets ?

has anyone got an "eco-tec" valve, they apparently also utilise the swirl technology also by fitting a small valve on the servo pipe which introduces a swirl of air into the inlet manifold and making the burn in each cylinder more agressive and even over the four cylinders, i have one fitted to my car and would say they do work, it also cuts down the fuel consumption, especially on the motorway, ive had mine on the car (2.0 glt) for 3 years now and would say that its payed for itself a few times over, at £50 i'd recomend that over any of these MEGA horsepower claims that these gadgets and widgets claim they do as more times than not they dont work, stick with whats been proven, tried and tested by someone you know or someone in the know, have a look at the figures and results in here: www.ecotekplc.com, hope this is of use and remember, you can sleep in your car but you cant drive your house !

No, some of these go in-line in the flexible hose just prior to the inlet manifold.
Not affected by metal pipes or braiding as the pipe is cut to install.
As for splitting atoms.
You need one hell of a magnet to do that, - usually a series around a tunnel so not practical to fit a car.. Called particle accelerators!!

Forget all these fancy, expensive gadgets...

.... if you really want to max your power and supercharge your engine, you need...

go faster stripes!

These cost only as much as a can of paint but they are guaranteed to give you that fast racer feel.

Just look at these quotes from genuine customers:

Barry, 18, Essex: "Converted my Escort into an RS Turbo with a just a lick of paint"

Kevin, 21: "Me motor will now feature in the next edition of Max Power Magazine!"

For more great cars with this - and other - performance enhancing features, just check out this great site:

i was going to reply , but i cant see for tears of laughter.

i would say the only people that have noticed a power increase... are those that are trying to persuade themselves they havent just been ripped off.

Looking at it scientifically it could work as swirling air is entering the engine more efficiently. However the air doesnt travel into the engine down a straight pipe and theres the small factor of an air filter. The extra air would back up and the whole process is deemed useless from 2 seconds after you turn the key. Also if you were actually forcing more air into the chamber theres a whole load more problems involvoed with that. Easiest one of those to sort would be a reasonable sized exhaust to let all this extra boost get out. Just bag yourself a free flow intake and exhaust. More expensive but with genuine and proveable results.
By the way anyone want to buy my fantastic new speed tape? Yes it looks like an ordinary role of gaffa tape but you use it tape up the gaps in the body panels. It smooths the airflow so you slip throught the air faster. A bargain at £50 a role (2 roles required for estates)
"me car instantly felt like it slipped through the air faster like a greased pig in a door way"

id just like to know how much swirling air swirls as it goes round bends in the intake system and then continues swirling as it goes into the in manifold and is split into 5 seperate chambers ????

i wouldnt even bother if it was 50p.

wayne.
