Are you tethering with your phone and if so, how (cable, BT or WiFi)?

I have a 3 data sim in the boot which provides the internet access - there is plenty of data available on the sim and I didn’t install it until May, so still 4-5 months left of the the 12 month time.

My phone is connected by Bluetooth to the car, but the WiFi setting on the phone is switched off, Mobile Data switched on.

Anyone else having trouble using this at the moment? Worked fine yesterday morning then in the afternoon, when selected it just never loaded. Same problem again this morning so not just a 1 off glitch it seems.
No updates etc have been done.
Any ideas?

Mine wasn’t working for a while yesterday evening. Neither Spotify or the Weather app were working. Later on in the evening all was ok.
I will update after I drive to work this morning, but I suspect the problem was a 3 one.

I had this same issue with having to log into Spotify each time. Figured out I had "locked" my car profile and it wasn't saving the changes. After you've logged into Spotify in Sensus, go into your profile and save it (you can still do this even if it is locked). You can only save when the car is stationary I think

I couldn't get Spotify to work this morning with Android Auto. When I went into the Spotify screen in Sensus it said that Spotify was offline. I have my phone tethered to use RTTI and that was working fine, so definetely had mobile signal. Checked the options in the Spotify app and they all seemed OK.

I seem to get this every once in a while. Then all of a sudden it wortks OK again.

Just checked my app updates and funnily enough I had a spotify update yesterday.

Seems to be working OK now so touch wood its all solved now - at least until the next glitch!
