Do you think its ecu giving up with other faults
Start the car, let it idle for 10 sec or so and press the brake pedal with moderate pressure. It should sink and keep sinking slowly giving the impression that seals are gone but that's ok. Shut down. Repeatedly press the pedal and it should get progressively get harder to push and rise against your foot. Hold the foot hard on the pedal and it should not sink further. With the pedal still held down start up and it should sink as the vacuum builds. Returning to the car after an hour or so you should be able to repeatedly press the pedal and feel it get harder to press and rise up proving that the system is holding vacuum.
Sounds like you may have a leaking servo although some windy noises from down there are due to the steering column gaitor not being fitted right but then pressing the brake doesn't make that go away.

Regarding the colour of the ATF....you simply cannot tell from looking at in on the dipstick. Anything less than cherry red and it's probably no good. The only real way to tell is to bite the bullet and drop the sump contents (approx 3.5 lt).

Mine was black at 88k - I have done 5 (I think) 'sump dumps': the first at 88k; another about 1000 miles later; another 1000 miles later; 2 more at 12k intervals. I also installed one of these http://tinyurl.com/pb7x8vq and changed it after the initial 12k

No harm in trying as an ATF flush often works. Be prepared to do 3 or 4 spread over a few thousand miles for the real benefit to be assessed. Most people will insist that you need a software update and to re-set the adaptations but I have never had this done and my box shifts fine. It's an adaptive 'box anyhow so will re-adapt with time, it just takes a bit longer.

+1

It's also important to have the right level, check after 30 min drive, on a flat surface with the engine running and transmission at P.

As for the power steering fluid, usually it leaks at the reservoir hoses or gets inside the dust boots over the inner tie rods
