Thanks. I'm sure a Haynes would be quite adequate for my purposes -but I was really just hoping for an "exploded" diagram or a few pdf pages that I can look at today to see what I'm supposed to be looking at!!

This is in one of the links in my post. http://workshop-manuals.com/volvo/v7...repair/l.h.d./ If you keep pressing on the links on the left hand side it provides a number of diagrams, depending upon your car. Mine is an auto, so I can't help with anything out of VIDA.
