  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

well i just booked her in for second service in smw belfast, and yes they do this service promise on the 300 service pack, so happy days. Another years free road side assistance.

That is Snow's own internal Effort at a publication ,
Volvo UK will be launching this early in 2012 with professional press adverts etc !

My letter states:-

1. We'll keep your software up to date
Our technicians will ensure your Volvo's software is the most up to date version.

2. We'll introduce you to SARA (Service Activated Roadside Assistance)
After your service we'll provide you with 12 months roadside assistance as standard.

3. We'll give you a named contact
We'll give you a named contact who will look after you and ensure you are completely happy.

4. We'll keep you moving
We'll do all we can to make dropping off and picking up your car easy.

5. We'll give your Volvo a free health check
We'll give your car's key systems a complimentary health check.

6.we'll return it to you in tip top condition
Once we've serviced it, we'll give your Volvo a wash and vacuum.

Had a service this week and can confirm they deliver what they say they will. Seems customer service concepts have finally arrived at Volvo UK, only 20+ years after most other manufacturers.......
