Flat blade wiper for rear screen - Anybody fitted one? - Page 2

My2012 XC60, I purchased a rear wiper arm suitable for my make of car and fitted a flat blade, which has a universal type fitment.

Can you post a picture?

Did you have to change the arm? If so, where did you get it from?

Same for the blade, where did you buy it?

I purchased the arm and wiper blade for under £10. From a company called Ukzam-uk, tele: 0151 546 5163. They do have online outlets, you could always ring to confirm. Mine has been on for 18 months and is working fine.

Fantastic! Only thing is, mine rests on the right hand side, not the left?

So the fitting then on the end of the arm, is it a generic/universal ‘hook’ like the retrofit front wiper flat blade arms?

So the arm for mine would be different but the blade would be the same as they're universal.

I'm going to take the rear blade off mine to see how it connects to the arm as it's a shame that retrofit blade needs a new arm.

Do you remember what the connection looked like on yours? Unless it came as a whole unit and you've never replaced?
