a year older than yours though! I'm also interested in a smart car if anybody has one in good cond. and is looking for a bigger car to swap!

From a T4 to a smart car?

Is there any reason for you not having ANY service records AT ALL? Receipts, Invoices, anything? I understand your a volvo tech yourself but without any records it really is hard to decide.

i do have some paperwork, but no work has been done at a volvo garage otherwise it would be on our system, i can see it has wanted for nothing though, will let you know if i have any of the old paperwork in my toolbox at work, i have all the reciepts for the parts i have fitted (all gaskets, the con rod, the seals nuts bolts, oils, filters, cambelt, aux belts, tyres, brakes. Etc etc.

About that no offers thing...you sure about that? I could be interested (I'm off down south this weekend too, handy eh)...but I'd have to hammer you down on the price quite a bit I'm afraid. I'm horrible like that. But seriously, as said before, no history on a T4 which obviously has had some serious issues...concerning.

So I don't sound totally mean, it does look like a nice car in the piccies

Hi, what money do you have in mind? I've found some history for it, it was serviced at 6k and 42k by volvo, sone sevice history at around 77k and 101k, i obvously have serviced it, done the cambelt and anything else it needed including the con rod, headgasket, big end bearings, rear main etc etc so you should never have an engine problem again as long as its serviced properly after it leaves my possesion.
