The MAFs on all Phase 2 1.9D made after late 2000 are all the same. Nothing to do with the ECU etc and no programming needed. I sold mine a couple of months ago and it was a straight swap.

not all phase 2's had egg crate grilles.
would definitely say its a phase 2, has your MAF got a part number on? thanks. |

With it in situ, there isn't any form of identification visible at all. The plug is in line with the 'run' of the hose, some pics I've seen show the plug going across it, if you know what I mean? Whether that is relevant or not I've no idea haha!
