All you need now are the extended caliper brackets, or have you tracked these down already?

Default bum

just taken all the calipers off and it would appear that in the past someone replaced one of the calipers . i also found the replaced caliper sides disc to be worn more than the other side. would this suggest uneven braking? and should i replace the other caliper?

I wonder are those in fact the calipers for the Volvo Performance Brakes with 320mm (not 302) discs? They are priced around that sort of figure from Volvo.

finally got the Goodridge hoses today . im still wondering about the caliper, i wish i could get a repair kit including a new piston , but it seems not an easy thing to find, after several attempts to find a caliper repair kit with a new piston on google, ive about given up and decided to buy a new caliper from GermanFrenchSwedish.

Angry arrrgh!!!

ok decided to fit the new discs and braces this weekend, and guess what, i got to the section in my haynes manual about fitting the new braces and it says i need to use new bolts . the dealer gave me the braces with new guide pins and rubber dust covers, but no new bolts . so i couldnt even start fitting the new braces let alone anything else. should the new braces have come with new bolts or do i need to buy them separate?

from a liability point of view i would say get new bolts.

but if that was me i would just clean up the old bolts with a wire brush and refit them with some nut-lock.
