You should be OK unless you do the following:
- install a Crap tune (running too much boost in the midrange)
- strap on a GT28/30 Turbo or the one from the Focus RS.2 and get too greedy with the power and boost levels
Sometimes liners just crack - hope mine don't that's for sure!

These figures are about the most accurate I've heard in a while rather than half the drivel I hear with way way above 330bhp etc
285bhp is a LOT of power in a road going car anyway and will be a 150mph car easily.
