I don't want to confuse the issue but my car has everything replaced up to the caliper. The last time I had it out, the passenger side front brake was binding so badly that there was smoke coming from the brake area on that side and the wheel and hubcap were hot to the touch. I left the car stationary for 20 minutes approx and was then able to nurse it home with minimal brake useage (I live in a remote country area, so it was possible). So, assuming that all is well internally with my hoses, bought from CVI last year, I think that there must be some way for the caliper piston to release as the brakes cool. That said, I haven't stripped the caliper yet so I can't say for sure that its a sticking piston, but seeing as I've replaced everything else I'd be reasonably sure that its the source of my particular problem.
