As a long term 740/940 owner and having just purchased a V70, I'd love an ES.
Would be prepared to take on a light project and having incorrect injection wouldn't worry me as it would be a driver not a garage queen. Garage is currently full with a Boxster S and a Lotus Excel, one of which would have to go. (Not into green but there's one appeared for sale recently on t'internet). |

OK and big apologies to the OP for the post hijack and whose car looks fine in the pic. although I'm not sure of gold (or green).
It's NYE, the computer has been drinking, not me (thank you Tom Waits) but if anyone has a 1800ES and fancies a 940 Estate and either a Boxster or a Lotus Excel..... |

I see the car is now advertised on an internet auction site.
What power loss is there by using 2 x SUs rather than PI? Can the original PI be reinstated, are parts available? What other options are there short of a £3000+ Jenvey injection kit? Thanks |

I'm converting my 142 to EMS with a Maxxecu, it is not a budget option. Classic Fuel Injection do a kit to convert the SUs to EMS for about £1700. Converting back to Djet would be very expensive if you don't have the parts, some of the parts now are quite expensive.

I thought about the Megasquirt but MaxxECU is a better all round package now with easy to use software.

Assume it didn't hit reserve?
Things really aren't selling at the moment are they. |
