Spotted 240s - Page 24

Saw a crop top bright yellow 240 on a47 near Norwich, towing a caravan. Someone must know about it as it is so unusual, roofline must have been 6 inches lower than normal. Looked really smart.

fully loaded k plate tors

taken from a train window!!!

No it had a lower roof than the 262c it was a custom job I am sure, was also darker yellow. I belive that 262c is now in Scotland. Unless there is more than one yellow one.

I regularly see a white DL estate, a Blue DL estate and a red Torslanda estate in the Dumfries region. It's nice to see these old cars still being used as they should be.

My Fiancee saw the silver 262C (that I've spotted a few times in the jewellery quarter) at our local chippy in Halesowen the other day. Very nice car!

Also see a silver 240 Glt saloon with Virgos and clear indicators at the junction by the Tardebigge pub in Redditch quite often.

What a nail! Looks great to me, you used to see loads of old cars in this state knocking about a few years ago, looking really tatty. Its a bit of a blast of the past to see something in this condition today!
