Hi, Since my earlier post Abraham has made a payment into my PayPal account in settlement of the monies outstanding. Such a shame this could not have happened earlier but at least the matter is now resolved. Jack.

Well at least that is one person he resolved.

Items received on the 13th May, they were wrong items, sent back a week later, recorded delivery, which actually cost a few quid. Said he was on holiday which is fair enough and since then excuse after excuse. Still havent received refund so taken it to PayPal. So 2 months for £40 refund so far!

If he sent the wrong items he should refund your return postage too.

Anyone else got issues unresolved?

I've just issued your refund via eBay, however can you send me your email address for the additional £5 (return postage) as I can't seem to find it using my mobile phone?

Also may I please have the recorded delivery number for the items please?

Still no refund. Surprise surprise.
Forget the return postage cost. That went on a business account so doesn't matter. I haven't got the recorded number. I've lost the receipt as i tend not to keep crappy bits of paper for 6 weeks.

And it's removed from the dispute, is that not in your account yet?

Still nothing! Hit cancel after the pic did we? Shame you have to be so dishonest over £39. Maybe the mods should get involved and you should be banned from selling on here. Never the less, that £39 will cost you a lot more when I go to small claims court. I have no problem spending your money!
