If anybody wants the car I have a matching set of immobiliser ECU, key reader, guard ecu, ignition barrel and door locks +2 keys (allbeit for an estate)

It would be a sorry shame to see a car as nice as that to end up scrapped and pretty sickening if someone bought it for 'peanuts'.

lost the key to my volvo 940. volvo gave me a code and my local locksmith cut me one for £7-00. No fob but it works. The locksmith said before cutting it that volvo sometimes have the wrong code on file but for £7-00 Worth a try. I went to the dealer who sold it originally.

If it comes to scrapping you might be better off "breaking", there must be people on here who'll come and pay you and take the parts off themselves?
I'd buy the engine!
