Many Thanks, Daniel

Actually the Cruise control needs programming for the diesel cars. If you have the petrol there is no programming involved at all

Thanks Alex & Daniel, between you guys and some lucky eBay lamp purchases today, I think I have all I need now - when it all arrives and goes onto the car, I hope it works!

OK, 2x front fog lights fitted, 1x switch fitted (Thanks Alex) and so all I need now is the CEM and hope it all works!
The work to swap the blank panels with fog lamps is relatively easy although it was tad harder for me as all I could use to jack the car up was the stock jack. It gave me enough room to take off the plastic cover from under the front of the car (the little plastic press studs are a pig to get off although easy to refit). In my case there were 5 screws and 6 plastic press studs. You need a ratchet to get the screws off. There are 2x philips screws (you need a stumpy screwdriver for this) holding the lamp on and one plastic press stud. All came out easy. The fog lamp electric socket is plugged into the back of the blanking plate - this comes off easy, but the other connector (a cable connector of some description!) is tough to get off without breaking the clip (not a disaster if it does)....actually all quite easy even if lying on your back as I was. It took me 20 mins - once I had done one side, the other was easy! Once fitted, check the elctric sockets are home tight and refit the cover. Now, the only issue I may have, is, assuming the CEM I get works (?!) is whether or not the bulbs are fitted soundly - I wont know this until I plug in the CEM. I fitted some H1 100W watt Xenon HID effect white bulbs 8500K so hopefully they will look the dogs jewells! The only other observation which I will correct another day is as I got the lamps from seperate ebayers, one is newer than the other (in fact one is dated 2000 the other 2010) so I will have to replace the older of the two at some stage and it will no doubt drive me crazy until I do!
